I went to Oklahoma City to see Rush over the weekend.  Of course they were awesome.  The even had a really funny intro to Tom Sawyer.  Take a look:

4/7/08 - I took my first lesson in N474SW.  Its a Remos G-3 at Summit Aviation in Bentonville, AR.  She sure is fun to fly!

ALL OF THE RIBS!!!!!!!!!!

They still need a little cleaning up and some holes need to be flanged.  At least I am making progress.

Here I am finishing up a couple of rib forming blocks.

There are a total of 18 wing rib forming blocks.  Notice the Jig I made to make the relief cuts on the blocks.

Good old Dad!

Thanks to good old dad I have a little more progress.  My dad had a set of flanging dyes made by a local machine shop where he lives.  He brought them to me over the weekend for my birthday.  What a great dad!  The other cool thing is that the machinist had a homebuilt airplane hanging in his shop.

This is what I am building.
